Take a look at this brilliant sunrise this morning in Atlantic Canada. As I was paddling today I was listening to the following podcast.

I am super intrigued by where this age of technology will take us next. Some will argue we are in the 2nd wave of AI if you follow Mustafa Suleyman.

The development and era we live in today is a time of extreme technological advancement.

One scientist stated that the development of Artificial Intelligence Models is probably the 2nd most groundbreaking discovery next to the splitting of the Atom.

That Scientific Advancement enhanced our understanding of atomic structure and fundamental forces in nature, paving the way for advancements in physics and chemistry.

Medical Applications evolved enabling the creation of tools and methods in nuclear medicine, including radiation therapy for cancer treatment and diagnostic imaging techniques.

I know right….we humans did crazy remarkable things.

This podcast is a good listen because they discuss using AI in a responsible ethical way. For example Facebook (now under the parent company Meta) has established various guidelines and principles aimed at promoting ethical behavior, particularly in the context of user safety, privacy, and community standards.

Meta has initiatives aimed at promoting mental health and well-being, including tools designed to combat bullying and resources for users in crisis.

Quite honestly, if you have a child I would not leave Metas checks and balances in the hands of your children’s mental welfare.

Coach our young ones, absolutely nothing can replace the feeling of the cool air or warm air on your skin or seeing a hawk pluck the fish from the water. Investigate with your own eyes and intelligence, if you don’t challenge the brain it will not learn to make new neural pathways. Nature is a giant playground that we learn from.

Even though technology and AI are super tools, learn to still feel the world outside and explore drawing your own conclusions from experience.

Lifestyle Coach Tip:

Don’t forget to exercise your brain:-)

Have a great day,
