The DOSE Effect- a great discovery at the book store

If you struggle finding life balance or have frequent bouts of acute or chronic stress, this book may be great for you. Making time for yourself and understanding what actions drive your “4 DOSE” chemicals will allow you to recognize what activities help you live your best life, you can choose to prioritize your well being simply by listening to what your body is telling you. Keep reading and you will be introduced to those 4 chemicals and what you can do.
It is literally like a recipe book. Instead of food it focuses on behaviours and actions that can energize life, build more resilience and better relationships ( studies show that on average you have 5 people who you are truly close too, make that time and connection count and you will be fulfilling your Oxytocin bucket more than you know).
This is a scientific story. A story of an alternative route forward for us in our modern world.
One in which we embrace the ever-changing technological experience that is coming, as well as reconnecting us to the path that brought us here. I am going to give you a new way to look at how you engage with technology, your life,
your work, your relationships, and your health. A way in which discipline and motivation arise naturally and with ease. A way in which your life becomes beautiful, an energizing experience that is your new reality, every day.
DOSE is an acronym for the four key chemicals that live within your brain and body. These are Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins. These chemicals have evolved
within us throughout our 300,000 years of human development.
These chemicals are our friends. They are
here to guide us towards the best experience of life we can possibly have.

The DOSE Eect is simply to learn how to listen to them. Once you understand how they impact your feelings, you will then learn to be guided by them.
Have an amazing day!
